Before driving to feed, after parking and cutting, or when the grain flow is suddenly interrupted during the whole process of operation, the clutch handle is used to release the slow roller to prevent the rubber roller from being worn out.
When the glue of the fast roller is damaged to about half, it can be used in pairs with the slow roller. When the friction coefficient of the rubber roller appears transformer core, the new rubber roller should be replaced, and the two rollers should be replaced separately. The surface layer of the rubber roller should be kept flat. If any abnormal conditions such as grooves and spots are found, and the large and small heads are worn out, the reasons should be immediately checked and repaired or replaced.
