Adjust the gap between the rice knives and the rollers. This is the key to grinding the rice well. The gap between the rice knives and the rollers is generally two or three millimeters (3 mm at the beginning of the rolling tendon and 3 mm at the end of the rolling tendon). 2 mm) If the rice is too rough, the gap should be narrowed; if the rice is too broken, the gap should be widened.
When using, wait for the whole machine to run stably without load, and then slowly open the feed control panel to prevent a lot of paddy from advancing at once, and the operation of the medium-sized rice milling equipment will be stuck and cause the car to be stuffy. The mill chamber is full, the pressure in the mill chamber is insufficient, and the grinding is insufficient, so the mixture of grain and rice will come out from the rice outlet. It is necessary to wait until the grain is full of the mill and the flow of rice reaches the required level, and then the rice can be started next and the grain and rice mixture that has flowed out at first is poured back into the rice funnel for re-grinding. Adjust the feeding control board under the grain bucket to control the grain amount. It is also necessary to adjust the output and twist the plate, and control the outflow of rice. If the outflowed rice is not white enough, or contains too many grains, the grain input should be slightly increased; if the grain input is appropriate, the output control should be increased. If the pressure of the plate is appropriate, if the broken rice rate is high, the amount of grain entering should be reduced.
Choose the appropriate air volume. If there is too much bran in the rice, it is because the wind is too small; if the rice is sucked out, it is because the wind is too strong. will become smaller.
Adjust the rice and bran separators. There are four separators in the rice bran separator box, which can be adjusted up and down. When milling rice, the rice should flow through each separator in turn, so that the separators are distributed reasonably and the rice is evenly produced.
When the roller is suddenly stuck, the power must be turned off immediately. In case of power failure in the middle, before restarting, the grain in the mill must be taken out, so as not to be stuck too tightly.
After adjusting the broken rice separator of the medium-sized rice milling equipment, the broken rice separator can be moved up and down to adjust its inclination so that the rice can just flow below. If it is too slanted, the rice will flow too fast, and the stalks of the grains will not be sifted.
Adjust the tightness of the transmission belt. If the transmission belt is too loose, it will affect the air volume of the fan, and the rice bran will not be separated cleanly. The transmission belt should be adjusted to a suitable tightness. When stopping in the middle, the feeding port should be closed first, so that the rice in the rice milling room is finished rolling, and then the machine is stopped, so as to avoid the phenomenon of jamming when the machine continues to start.
